LEISTNER produce precision tools made of solid carbide for the metal-working industry, especially for the automotive and engineering industries, as well as for tooling and mould making. Our product range comprises end mills and roughing mills according to DIN standards as well as customer-specific tools, such as step drills, step milling cutters, or profiling cutters. Coatings: TiN, TiAlN, TiCN, TiB; diamond coatings for dry cutting, hard milling, or HSC, respectively.

Tungsten carbide finishing and roughing cutters for all types of soft or hard wood, glued laminated wood, chip boards, medium density fibreboards, for the use in furniture construction, window and door manufacturing, staircase construction, and laminated wood construction. All our tools are designed for use with CNC machines or stationary overhead routing machines. We produce standard tools according to DIN and customer-specific tools, such as profiling cutters, step drills, and step milling cutters. We sell our products and our service directly to end-users and to distributors. For distributors, we offer the possibility of laser markings including logo. We also produce special tungsten carbide single flute cutters in more than 350 different sizes for cutting water slots into window and door profiles made of plastics or aluminium.
